Besides the fully packed scientific program the 17^th Weurman symposium also offers some social activities. When you are registered as a participant these activities are included in your registration fee. Down below you will find more information on the Social Program, what’s when and where to be.

If you’re already in Wageningen, join us for a welcome drink and register for the symposium in advance.

After the scientific program, there will be an opportunity to mingle with colleagues and unwind with drinks, finger food, and street food.

On Thursday afternoon, you’ll have the chance to visit one of the campus facilities. Each tour will last approximately one hour and is limited to groups of 15 people per location. Be sure to register if you haven’t done so yet: WUR meets Weurman

Social program featuring a zoo visit, followed by drinks, dinner, and afterparty

Venue: Ouwehands Dierenpark, Rhenen

Time: 15:00 – 23:30

Lunch this day is served in to go bags. You are very welcome to enjoy your lunch in OMNIA just like any other day, but if you have to leave early to catch a train of flight for example, you can have your lunch to go.
